It is all go here at the clinic!! We have a new class designed for Mums To Be or New Mum's by our Physio Jana McNee.
Working with the 2019 evidence based guidelines on exercise in pregnancy and after birth, it is designed to safely work on your core and pelvic strength and flexibiity whilst pregnant or up to two years after delivery.
