Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor
Jana is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in 2013 in the Czech republic. She then worked in a Military hospital where she gained invaluable experience throughout different departments and saw patients in different stages of illnesses, post injury and post-operative recovery.
After her daughter was born, she moved to Scotland with her Scottish husband and in 2019, she joined the the team at Blairgowrie Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.
Since qualifying, she has finished various Post Graduate courses to extend her skills in treating people suffering from neck and back pain, Muscle and Joint Injuries and Sports Injuries. She has Pitch Side First Aid qualifications and is currently training with the APPI - Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institution to improve her knowledge with Pilates. She is completing further training for a credentialed Sports massage qualification and in the future will be completing a shoudler course with Jo Gibson, who is a very famous clinician and lecturer in the Physio world.
In her free time she enjoys swimming, walking, cardio and strength workouts, tending to her garden and chasing after her your children.
Womens and Pelvic Health
Laura has an MSc in Rehabilitation Science (Physiotherapy Pre-registration) and has worked within the pelvic and obstetric health field for over 10 years. Laura is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP). She started her physiotherapy career in NHS Tayside in 2008 and then moved down to London to work as a Senior Women’s Health Physiotherapist at Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital (Imperial College NHS Trust). In 2011 Laura’s career took her over to Auckland, New Zealand where she worked as a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist in their biggest county hospital. She currently works as a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist within NHS Tayside once again.
Laura’s main interests are antenatal and post-natal rehabilitation and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Sports Club Physio
Our team can be made available to work on site at sports clubs to provide physiotherapy and pitchside first aid. We provide the physiotherapy treatment but also can help to arrange pitchside first aid cover for match days.
